My oil free and vegan nachos! 

For work I made oil free tortilla chips by taking corn tortillas, cutting them into triangles, spraying lightly with liquid aminos and baking in the oven!

This is one of my new favorite slaws!

Who doesn’t love kale these days? It’s high in fiber, calcium, and vitamin K & C. Add it with the antioxidant and fat burning power of the pepper and you can’t go wrong!

This slaw is vegan along with being oil, sugar, and salt free!

Julian,

1 head of organic red cabbage
2 bunches of organic kale
3 red bell peppers

In a blender, <br/>
2oz dijon mustard
3oz balsamic vinegar
5oz orange juice

Toss and serve!
